The Social Business Journal at the Social Business Institute of the University of Tehran is published quarterly (four issues per year) in Persian. With a nationally recognized editorial board comprising prominent Iranian professors from domestic universities, the Social Business Journal is regarded as a reputable scientific journal. To introduce the journal to international audiences, abstracts of the articles in each issue are also published in English, starting with the very first issue.

This journal adheres to the ethical charter of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).

The journal's policy on handling plagiarism: If plagiarism is confirmed in any submitted article, the responsible author will be blacklisted, and if the article has been published, it will be archived with the statement "This article contains plagiarism" published under the authors' names.

The article processing charges in the Social Business Journal are determined annually based on the editorial board's resolution and in accordance with the fee regulations for processing in open-access scientific journals.

According to the 2024 evaluation report of scientific journals by the Scientific Journals Commission of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, the Social Business Journal has been ranked as a "B" grade journal.

Please be informed that, according to Article 13 of the Press Law enacted on 1986/03/19 by the Islamic Consultative Assembly, the publication license for the "Social Business Journal" in the field of interdisciplinary (specialized) studies and research in Persian and its quarterly publication under the name of the University of Tehran was issued on 2024/01/07 with registration number 96902 by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.

It should also be noted that, according to the resolution dated 2012/04/29 by the Research and Technology Council of the University of Tehran, in no research article published in domestic or international journals authored by a University of Tehran faculty member shall a student be listed as the corresponding author.

Please be informed that, according to the regulations for scientific journals approved on 2019/04/22 by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, and to protect the intellectual property rights and prevent duplicate publication, this journal uses the plagiarism detection software "Hamyab."
