Investigating the Influence of Green Human Resources on the Sustainable Performance of Social Businesses with the mediating role of Sustainability in Employee Performance and Behavior

Abstract

Sustainable development of social business is one of the important and practical concepts that has always been in the minds of policymakers and at the forefront of the programs of related organizations. The present study also investigated the effect of green human resources on the sustainable performance of social business with the mediating role of organizational sustainability and employee behavior in the General Directorate of Road Transport of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province. Sustainable performance of social business itself is also a sub-factor of sustainable development of social business. The present study is applied in terms of its purpose in the research group. It is also a correlational descriptive method. The statistical population is all employees in the General Directorate of Road Transport of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, whose number is 260 people based on the statistics of the General Directorate of Road Transport. Based on the Krejci and Morgan sampling table, 156 people were selected as the sample size. In the present study, structural equations were used in two parts, SPSS software was used for descriptive statistics, and PLS software was used to reject and confirm hypotheses in inferential statistics. The results showed that green resource management and organizational sustainability had a positive and significant effect on sustainable performance through the mediating variable of organizational sustainability and employee behavior.
