Investigating the Effect of Emotional Intelligence and Financial Intelligence on the Relationship Between Employee Job Satisfaction and Performance in Financial Businesses
Today, organizations must devise innovative approaches within themselves to better meet customer expectations and compete effectively in the global space. Financial institutions such as banks, due to the competitive environment and the necessity of intra-organizational innovations, must pay special attention to their human resources. Accordingly, this research investigates the effect of emotional intelligence and financial intelligence on the relationship between employee job satisfaction and performance in financial businesses. In this research, standard questionnaires were used to measure the research variables. After examining both face and content validity, confirmatory factor analysis was used to examine construct validity, and finally, Cronbach's alpha was used to determine reliability (which was confirmed at 93.2%). The statistical population includes all employees of Sepah Bank branches in Khorasan Razavi province, and the sample was conveniently selected from 327 employees of Sepah Bank branches in Mashhad. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) and Smart PLS software. The findings indicate that emotional intelligence and financial intelligence have a significant effect on the relationship between employee job satisfaction and performance in financial businesses.
